Ok, so we have started on the one thing that may sound a little far-fetched, even an ‘old mothers remedy’ but this is one that honestly works. Being a natural remedy, you can leave in overnight, just remember to take out before you head to work the next day – pain-free! Also, ensure that the clove of garlic you pick is not too big for your earlobe.as that could defeat the whole purpose.

If you don’t have your commercially available garlic oil from your supermarket, you can heat two tablespoons of olive oil for 15 minutes with one clove of minded garlic and make your own. Obviously let cool before you go tipping it into your ears!
